  2. Our Mission: The Ed Tech team achieves meaningful impact in partnership with San Diego schools through a systems approach and world class learning experiences. 
  3. Our Work: We orchestrate a community of innovation practitioners in districts by customizing training to be responsive to individual district needs and facilitating purposeful and advantageous connections between educators across San Diego County. 
  4. Our Experience: All our team members hold CA teaching credentials, administrative services credentials, as well as graduate level degrees in Educational Technology. We each have over 25+ years experience in teaching and education. As leaders in the field of Educational Technology, we have served in districts and the county level as classroom teachers, master teachers for university programs, instructional coaches, and adjunct professors. We each have extensive backgrounds in curriculum design and development, as well as pedagogy and andragogy that is responsive to students with diverse needs and identities including but not limited to race, ability, culture, socioeconomic status, sexual identity, religion, and gender identity/expression.

We are a collaborative team focused on accelerating, scaling, and amplifying the number and speed of innovations coming from the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE).
